If you would like to understand how to prepare for the menopause and support your body through it, the 4 week Menopause Transition Nutrition & Lifestyle Programme will help you: ~Track the menopause transition using your own cycle ~ Understand importance of progesterone and oestrogen and learn how to support the balance ~Eat to support the menopause transition ~Support sleep and stress during the menopause transition What's Included: ~Meal plans & suggested recipes to get you started ~Personalised food diary analysis with food source recommendations ~One 1:1 nutrition planning session to personalise your plan and discuss supplement recommendation ~4 x 1hr online workshops to learn how to prepare for the menopause and support your body through it. Included one Doctor-led workshop to discuss the importance of blood sugar balance, insulin and HRT and the opportunity to ask questions throughout ~A community of like minded women going through the same transition, to support and champion you through this life stage. ~The opportunity to sign up to our MTP (Menopause Transition Programme) Monthly Membership for ongoing support, accountability and progress tracking once the programme has ended.
